If you encounter any problems after the processing stage, please get in touch with your local post office as we are no longer responsible for shipping. REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

This policy includes a 24-hour window for order cancellation, starting from the time of purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate any cancellation requests made beyond this initial period.
We have a 7-day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after your tracking has confirmed your order has been delivered, to request a refund to be eligible for a refund. By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the aforementioned policy. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, with all tags/labeling and original packaging in tack. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To request a refund, please email us using the subject line Refund Request – Order #. Please attach all supporting documentation including your order confirmation, and any photos/videos to demonstrate your error or issue. If your refund is accepted, we’ll send you further instructions.
